At GameSir, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gaming gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all controllers, cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
